Order process
The order process is efficient and hassle free. Simply call or email us
with your requirements and a member of staff will be happy to discuss what
is involved in more detail. A site visit is usually essential
in order for us to visualise the space so that we can accurately select
the appropriate artworks for your specific needs. The basic order process
is outlined below:
Consultation:
We will discuss your basic requirements over the phone or by email.
Site visit:
A site visit is strongly advised in order for us to ensure that we meet
your requirements.
Proposal:
A written proposal will be supplied. This will clearly state the specifications
of the art we will install, the contract details including the costs
involved and the installation details.
Payment:
The first months payment is required prior to installation. Subsequent
payments are invoiced and usually taken by direct debit.
The swap:
Artworks will be changed every 4 months if required. |
