Installation date
We appreciate that time is often in short supply. For this reason, we always try to be flexible and work around your schedule as far as possible. An installation date will be agreed by both parties. If necessary, we are happy to install outside working hours, both in the morning and evening if access is available.

Installation team
Installation is handled by our team of professionals. They will ensure that appropriate care and all necessary precautions are taken throughout the installation process.

Installation cost
Installation is included in the price.

Installation method
The style of installation varies with each piece of art. We are aware that certain office spaces have strict regulations about what one can and cannot do in terms of modifying the walls. We have outlined below the standard options available:

• large canvases: small 't-plates' or hanging bars
• Small canvases: cord
• Sculpture: free-standing or cord
• Video: bespoke

It is usally essential that at least 1 hole can be drilled in the wall to take a hook. We are always happy to discuss the method of installation in more detail when we know your exact requirements.

Collection date
Like the delivery date, we will arrange a convenient time for the artworks to be collected.

Cancellation
We require 5 working days notice if you wish to cancel or change your delivery or collection date - no charge will be incurred.

Damage to the art
We will cover the costs involved as a result of any minor accidental damage to any of the artwork throughout the rental period. However, any deliberate damage to the artwork will incur a charge to cover our costs.
