Do you only rent out art?
No, all our artworks are available to purchase. If an artwork is purchased
while on a rental contract, we will refund 50% of the rental costs incurred
prior to purchase.
Do you rent your art out nationwide?
We are based in our London and Oxford studios. We are constantly
expanding and are happy to rent out our collection anywhere in
the UK. Please call or email info@seruba.com for
more details.
Will we be tied into a fixed term contract?
No. We appreciate that circumstances can change and you are
free to cancel or suspend your contract at any time without financial
penalty.
Do you install and hang the artworks?
Yes. Our team of professionals personally install the artworks on-site.
Is delivery included?
Around Oxford and London, delivery is included in the rental fee. As
our team of professionals personally install the artworks on-site,
we currently charge a small delivery cost outside of the South East. >

Do you rent out reproductions?
Absolutely not. We only sell and rent out original works of art.
What if we want to change our collection?
As part of the service, we change your collection every 4 months. If
however, you want to change it more frequently, we will be happy to
customise a solution to suit you.
If we particulalry like one of the rental
artworks, can we purchase it?
Yes. If an artwork is purchased while on a rental contract, we will
refund 50% of the rental costs incurred prior to purchase.
Do you do bespoke solutions/commissions?
Yes. We will be happy to take on bespoke solutions/commissions for both rental
and purchase.
Can I view your collection before committing?
Yes. We are always happy to provide a proof prior to installation. Alternatively,
you can book an appointment to come and view our collection in person. |
